Why we can’t have nice things

You may have noticed that since about a week or two/three ago the bots have stopped posting, well this wasn’t by choice. Twitter seems to have decided that I’m not suited for their platform and both of my accounts (@smugwave and @flashwave_) have been phone validation locked. It’s ridiculous that I even have to validate via phone number in the first place but I digress. Until now I decided to wait until my account would be restored, but today was the cherry on top of this delicious cake made entirely out of organic feces. Out of nowhere the second account I mentioned was also locked, I take this as a clear indication that Twitter’s thought policing algorithms have decided that I’m not welcome on their platform. Thus I’m discontinuing my support for their platform entirely, you used to be fun but it’s over. Thanks to everyone who supported development of Kotori by following the bots. If, and that’s a BIG if, I somehow regain access to my account I’ll likely pick up usage of it, but the bots will remain down as it’s a massive headache to manage them with Twitter’s retarded policies. Edit: Well that didn’t take very long! I’m back on Twitter, but the bots are dead.
